Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage natural resources and environmental permitting projects, focusing on technical excellence and client satisfaction.
•Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
•Coordinate field assessments, sampling programs, and report preparation for natural resources assessments.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
•Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead presentations to prospective clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in ecology, natural resources, environmental engineering, environmental planning, or a related discipline (MS preferred) and has 7-10+ years of related experience.
•Demonstrated success in client development and business growth within the environmental consulting industry.
•Strong understanding of federal and state local environmental permitting (e.g., CWA Section 404/401,) and/or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing and proposal development.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
