Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Process teller transactions, support referrals with business partners (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment), and help guide CSRs through the sales/referral process.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through the NMLS.
