Job Summary

Join the Command & Control Centre (C3) and support day-to-day service desk operations in a managed services provider environment. You’ll help monitor and manage service requests and incidents, assist Systems Engineers with basic troubleshooting and documentation, and maintain accurate ticket records. This internship also builds exposure to ITSM processes, cloud technologies, cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, virtualization, and customer support best practices—under mentorship from experienced technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the C3 team with monitoring and managing service requests and incidents.
•Support Systems Engineers with basic troubleshooting, research, and documentation activities.
•Administer tickets including updates, categorization, and record keeping within the ticketing system.
•Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as directed.
•Participate in customer support activities under the supervision of senior team members and help prepare reports, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology.
•Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Must be authorized to work in The Bahamas.
