Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the C3 team with monitoring and managing service requests and incidents.
  • •Support Systems Engineers with basic troubleshooting, research, and documentation activities.
  • •Administer tickets including updates, categorization, and record keeping within the ticketing system.
  • •Monitor system alerts and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as directed.
  • •Participate in customer support activities under the supervision of senior team members and help prepare reports, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology.
  • •Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Must be authorized to work in The Bahamas.
