Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate the online feature store (real-time ML feature serving layer) delivering low-latency, strong-consistency results.
  • •Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines to compute, validate, and publish features into online and offline stores.
  • •Develop data models and Postgres schemas supporting real-time feature serving with focus on query performance, freshness, and scale.
  • •Serve as a technical leader to improve quality, scalability, reliability, and observability for ML-dependent systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of backend software experience with Python required, plus 2–3 years of MLOps experience.
  • •Strong experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred), including schema design, query optimization, and operating databases under production load.
  • •Experience building and operating real-time inference systems.
  • •Understanding of reliability and correctness needs for ML-serving infrastructure, including data freshness, training/serving skew, and feature consistency.
