Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Commission Manager with allocated post-contract cost management tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • •Administer post-contract services including interim applications, change control, variation valuations, and extension of time claims with financial analysis and contractual justification
  • •Monitor post-contract costs by analysing actual expenditures, commitments, and forecasts to maintain alignment with approved budgets
  • •Review and validate contractor invoices and change orders for accuracy and contractual compliance
  • •Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial information, including reconciliation between contract terms, invoices, and accounting records

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • •Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cost management and post-contract administration within construction and engineering environments
  • •Proven UAE construction industry experience
  • •Strong knowledge of contract administration and FIDIC standard form contracts
  • •Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills with attention to detail
