Key Responsibilities

  • •Own M&A deal execution and project management for multiple live deals from LOI through close, including diligence tracking, workplan management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Lead diligence by building and managing confirmatory diligence checklists, coordinating functional diligence teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early.
  • •Perform financial analysis and underwriting for valuation, purchase price mechanics, working capital, and deal economics, including maintaining deal models and investment committee materials.
  • •Manage the data room and deliverables by tracking data room requests, organizing documents, maintaining missing-item punch lists, and ensuring timely delivery by sellers and advisors.
  • •Support transaction documentation (APA/SPA drafts and ancillary documents), track open issues, coordinate closing readiness (funds flow, prorations), and initiate post-close integration planning.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or corporate transactions with strong deal execution and project management.
  • •Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis with high attention to detail.
  • •Be execution-oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and able to push stakeholders to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication; able to interface with executives, operators, and external advisors.
