Research Scientist, Catalyst Simulation

Join the Computational Catalysis team to design and implement computational workflows that study reaction mechanisms, catalyst speciation, selectivity, and reactivity in homogeneous catalysis. Lead client-facing research and proposal work, develop large-scale quantum chemistry datasets and machine learning models, and partner with platform, ML, and software engineering teams to improve discovery workflows. Communicate results through reports and publications and mentor junior scientists and interns.
