Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of complex Credit client deliverables (RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, and ad-hoc inquiries) across private and public credit strategies, personally owning the most sensitive responses.
  • •Serve as a senior Credit subject-matter expert across investment strategy, product structure, portfolio construction, performance, and firm-level content.
  • •Review and quality-check team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved disclosures and firm positioning; identify risks and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
  • •Lead the CAPS Credit team in Dublin and New York, coordinating workflows, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery standards; coach and develop team members and support onboarding.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations, and drive process improvement initiatives (template optimization, content governance, and adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in asset management or financial services, with significant experience managing RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, or client reporting deliverables, ideally with meaningful exposure to Credit.
  • •Prior people leadership or team lead experience, with a collaborative and supportive style and a track record of coaching and developing talent.
  • •Ability to independently manage complex, senior-level client deliverables and make sound judgement calls while balancing hands-on execution with oversight.
  • •Strong ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders across investment, product, and control functions in a global matrix environment.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus experience with proposal management systems, content databases, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
