Key Responsibilities

  • •Own infrastructure operations across networks, firewalls, data centers, and connectivity for Aldar and subsidiaries.
  • •Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and capacity; run disciplined infrastructure change and maintenance to protect dependent services.
  • •Direct outsourced IT managed services and manage infrastructure service contracts and vendor relationships to measurable outcomes.
  • •Deliver resilience and security execution, including redundancy/failover/DR, secure configuration, segmentation, patching, and infrastructure containment/recovery during cyber incidents.
  • •Build and lead the infrastructure team, enforce Group infrastructure standards, coordinate with Cloud & DevOps/Data Platforms/Information Security, and drive modernization and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the operation of networks, firewalls, data centers, and connectivity across the Group and subsidiaries.
  • •Ensure high availability, performance, and capacity of the infrastructure estate with clear operational accountability.
  • •Direct outsourced IT infrastructure managed services, including defining scope, service levels, and performance management.
  • •Implement infrastructure resilience (redundancy, failover, disaster recovery) and execute network/infrastructure security controls (secure configuration, segmentation, patching).
  • •Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure operations leadership; 2+ years managerial experience; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
