Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex, multi-team programs across core banking, card issuing, ledger, authorization, settlement, disputes, fraud, and payment processing domains.
•Drive execution from concept through production rollout, maintaining program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
•Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture to ensure scalable and resilient solutions and align on technical requirements and non-functional requirements.
•Coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, SRE, Architecture, Client Delivery, Compliance, and Operations to resolve cross-team dependencies and support release readiness and post-launch reviews.
•Support strategic client initiatives, drive readiness for major launches and platform migrations, and communicate delivery risks and status to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD; or 11+ years of relevant experience.
•8+ years in technical program management, engineering management, or software delivery leadership, with experience across major technical delivery efforts.
•Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems and microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
•Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe, plus program management tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
•Experience in highly regulated financial environments (e.g., Tier-1 banks, payment processors, or global fintech platforms).
