Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with a cross-functional team to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Leverage tools and platforms (PyTorch, Hugging Face, AWS Ultraclusters, LangChain, VectorDBs) to derive insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Serve as an expert in NLP to harness LLM power and adapt/fine-tune models for business-specific applications and features.
  • •Build NLP models end-to-end (design through training, evaluation, and validation) and help operationalize them into production systems.
  • •Translate technical work into tangible business goals through clear communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,500 - 201,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of experience performing data analytics, or a Master’s degree (or MBA with quantitative concentration) plus 3 years, or a PhD in a quantitative field.
  • •Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including adapting and fine-tuning them for business-specific applications and features.
  • •Experience building NLP models across design, training, evaluation, and validation, and partnering to operationalize them in scalable, resilient production systems.
  • •Experience with machine learning and advanced ML/DL technologies, including language models; expertise in subdomains such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, explainability, or RLHF.
  • •Preferred: experience with AWS, and 3+ years with Python, Scala, or R; plus experience with LLMs, finetuning, and deep learning.
