Own the post-sales lifecycle for assigned enterprise customers, building trusted relationships with security and IT leaders. Drive adoption across capabilities like XDR, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity protection, and AI-driven threat detection, while supporting renewals, expansions, and customer value realization through executive business reviews and outcome tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary post-sales owner for assigned customer accounts and lead ongoing engagement to align security and business priorities.
•Manage customer lifecycle activities including onboarding/adoption planning, success planning, executive business reviews, adoption monitoring, customer health, and renewal support.
•Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor by conducting architecture discussions and technical reviews to optimize TrendAI deployment and security operations integration.
•Ensure value realization by driving adoption and optimization of TrendAI capabilities and tracking/communicating outcomes, platform value, and ROI.
•Partner with Sales to support account strategy, renewals, expansions, and strategic planning while identifying customer challenges, risks, and security gaps.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as security architect, security consultant, security engineer, technical account manager, or technical advisor.
•Strong understanding of endpoint security, XDR/SOC operations, cloud security, identity security, and network security architecture.
•Experience working directly with enterprise security teams and CISOs.
•Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
