Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and communicate the key strategic levers to enable successful outcomes-driven commercial environments for clients.
  • •Guide clients in establishing optimal commercial approaches throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • •Translate a client’s vision into effective and realistic commercial solutions, including incentivisation.
  • •Deploy and/or optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools, and systems while tailoring methodologies to client needs.
  • •Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels and support effective change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial/Procurement experience in infrastructure, defence and/or energy and natural resources markets.
  • •Experience delivering projects in commercial/transformation environments; ability to operate in large-scale, complex settings.
  • •Experience leading and managing multiple projects with quality deliverables against tight timelines.
  • •Excellent communication skills (active listening, presentation, written), and ability to provide clear client insights.
  • •Experience delivering change management and working in multi-stakeholder environments.
