Paediatric Staff Nurse - Outpatients Department

Provide holistic, family-centred paediatric care in the Outpatients Department at Cromwell Hospital. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate safe and effective nursing care for children and their families, administer medications safely, and support adherence and understanding. Work within local/national policies, CQC requirements, and NMC standards while collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, escalating concerns appropriately and maintaining clear NMC-compliant records. Handle incident reporting using the SBAR approach.
