Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business processes into functional design documents (FDDs) and fit-gap analyses.
  • •Configure and maintain core D365 F&O modules across Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring best-practice, governed solutions.
  • •Deliver end-to-end implementation and enhancements through UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • •Create test scripts, coordinate UAT, and troubleshoot functional issues while validating solutions against requirements.
  • •Partner with technical developers and integration stakeholders (3PL/EDI/ecommerce/payment systems) to ensure reliable end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX Functional Consultant, including 2–3 full-cycle implementation projects.
  • •Strong functional expertise in D365 F&O Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
  • •Experience with requirement analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, and functional design document (FDD) authoring.
  • •Hands-on use of Azure DevOps and Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), plus structured testing and data-migration practices.
  • •Understanding D365 F&O interfaces and integrations (data entities, OData, EDI, and third-party/3PL connectivity).
