Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monitoring, analysis, and resolution of advanced or cross-system network issues.
  • •Manage and improve operational processes and small projects within the NOC.
  • •Collaborate with network engineering, security, service desk, and operations teams.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network technologies, tools, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Follow escalation paths and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs), including support for 24/7 operations and on-call rotations.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
  • •Advanced technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including routing/switching, security tools, and monitoring systems.
  • •Strong analytical skills across multiple specialties or technologies.
  • •Experience leading small projects or initiatives.
  • •Professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
