Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identifying strengths/weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • •Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; provide clear expectations, performance measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead repair or reject decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards and ensure repairs are completed effectively the first time to minimize re-checks and delays.
