Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhaul for pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.
  • •Provide advanced field service support at customer sites throughout Malaysia and the APAC region.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related equipment issues.
  • •Conduct RCFA and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Interpret P&IDs, API standards, OEM manuals, and engineering drawings; support shutdowns, turnarounds, breakdowns, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Field Service Engineering experience.
  • •5+ years of experience with rotating equipment.
  • •Strong experience in commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • •Experience supporting compressors and/or pumps in industrial environments.
  • •Oil & Gas experience with familiarity of API standards; strong customer-facing communication skills.
