Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and business/group/organization leads to understand unique talent needs.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including position descriptions, sourcing, screening, advising partners, and negotiating offers.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans and own candidate management from identification and engagement through offer extension and closing.
  • •Work cross-functionally with a team of recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
  • •Use recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience (or a combination).
  • •Experience in corporate recruiting with full life cycle, research, and sourcing (preferred: 4+ years).
  • •Ability to consult with multiple hiring managers simultaneously while building strong working relationships (preferred: 2+ years).
  • •Experience using innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent (preferred).
