Lead global maintenance execution planning by converting predictive alerts and condition monitoring insights into executable maintenance work packages. Establish governance, standards, and best practices across customer centres to improve readiness, asset availability, and safety while reducing operational risk. Embed predictive maintenance into CMMS and ERP workflows, drive master data and scheduling excellence, integrate planning with analytics and maintenance platforms, and define KPIs to continuously improve schedule compliance and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Convert predictive alerts and analytics outputs into executable maintenance work packages.
•Embed predictive maintenance into CMMS and ERP planning workflows and enable proactive, scheduled maintenance.
•Lead global planning and scheduling excellence, including service master data implementation and ensuring work is fully planned prior to execution.
•Govern master data and work management standards, ensuring alignment with ISO 55000 principles and the PSD Service Operating Model.
•Integrate planning processes with predictive analytics, condition monitoring, and maintenance execution platforms; define planning, scheduling, and execution KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Mechanical or Heavy Diesel Trade qualification.
•Engineering Diploma or Degree (preferred).
•Asset Management certification aligned to ISO 55000 principles (preferred).
•Additional qualifications in maintenance planning, scheduling, or project management.
•Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in mining or heavy mobile equipment environments.
