Provide timely, accurate client service by completing both standardized and more complex in-branch transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales through outbound calling and identifying client needs, connecting prospects to the right branch teams or specialists. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and resolve problems while adhering to internal controls and risk policies.
