Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical implementation, including physical design and integration of complex advanced interposer technologies.
  • •Take ownership of assigned technical tasks, manage workflows, and ensure highly accurate execution.
  • •Collaborate with domain experts across Architecture, Front-End, Back-End, and Packaging teams to bring project definitions to life.
  • •Solve technical challenges in advanced technology nodes.
  • •Contribute to developing engineering flows and methodologies through automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Strong academic foundation in VLSI, hardware design, or electrical engineering fundamentals.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy and strong organization.
  • •Proactive, independent mindset with the ability to dive deep into complex technical areas.
