Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with regional HR, Country HR, Finance, and the external payroll vendor to ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance.
  • •Ensure timely payment of employee salaries and taxes across EMEA countries and resolve payroll issues affecting payroll processing.
  • •Review payroll processes and procedures, implement changes with appropriate controls, and maintain thorough documentation with checklists.
  • •Recommend improvements to the payroll process and standardize payroll definitions across Europe.
  • •Interpret data, analyze trends, provide ongoing reports, and identify and report labor cost reporting gaps between HR and Finance systems.
