Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and perform assembly, testing, and configuration of aircraft systems such as UAVs, avionics, and associated ground systems.
  • •Troubleshoot components, perform removal/replacement, and conduct testing and documentation using approved technical publications and procedures.
  • •Trim, paint, and perform bodywork on UAV components.
  • •Assemble, test, and support engine ground runs and break-ins.
  • •Interpret engineering drawings/diagrams and work instructions to support part fabrication, and coordinate with the team to ensure on-time delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 42 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimally 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in aircraft production/manufacturing, including composite layup, avionics fabrication/installation, aircraft final assembly, or ground support.
  • •Minimally 6 months–1 year of experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • •Good interpersonal skills to interface cooperatively with departmental personnel and customers.
  • •Experience in a quality-focused production environment, with ability to interpret engineering drawings and detailed instructions.
