Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect mechanical construction and installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes/standards.
  • •Monitor and verify quality of mechanical systems and workmanship for HVAC, chilled water systems, piping, pumps, ventilation systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • •Identify, document, and report non-conformances/defects/quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • •Review shop drawings, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material submittals, and related quality documentation.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical, installation, and interface issues; witness key installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of construction experience, preferably on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.
  • •Experience inspecting mechanical installation works (HVAC, chilled water systems, piping, pumps, ventilation, and mechanical equipment).
  • •Knowledge of mechanical construction drawings, specifications, applicable codes/standards, and installation requirements.
  • •Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
