Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive the global APPAREL category through the product development and creation process aligned to the Go-to-Market calendar.
  • •Develop and manage market/competitor studies and analyze forecasts and sales for assigned product lines.
  • •Create collection/Key Looks strategies for Men’s and Women’s product lines on a seasonal basis, aligned with BU SPORTSTYLE strategy.
  • •Manage line planning through internal design and development meetings until prototype approvals and international launch.
  • •Ensure costing, margin, and net sales goals are met; provide regular feedback to Director; coordinate sell-in support and maintain line information in the PAC system.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a comparable degree.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in a related industry.
  • •Leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and mentor others.
  • •Strong market and retail knowledge in lifestyle, fashion, and/or sporting goods.
  • •Excellent verbal communication skills and excellent English knowledge (written and spoken).
