Job Summary

Drive global performance and operational excellence for the Emerging Products and GenAI partner portfolio, spanning in-house and outsourced BPO sites. Own KPI monitoring, escalation and recovery, and data-driven optimization across quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance. Lead RFPs and partner contract lifecycle management with Procurement, Legal, and Finance. Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks through business reviews and governance, while enabling innovation in Trust & Safety and GenAI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the Emerging Products content moderation BPO global strategy and drive the global partner and site footprint for scalable performance.
•Drive operational excellence across sites by improving quality, delivery, efficiency, and moderator experience while monitoring KPIs and using data for planning and optimisation.
•Serve as primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability, and design scalable partner solutions.
•Lead end-to-end RFP processes and partner contract negotiations, including SLA and protections, and manage the full contract lifecycle.
•Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks through performance management, business reviews, audits, and governance assessments, reporting insights to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English and have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•5+ years’ experience in operations or programme management with oversight of global in-house and BPO operations across multiple regions, including performance and governance.
•Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative solutions that support partner and business operations.
•Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, global environments, both independently and as part of a team.
•Highly organised with the ability to manage high workloads and tight deadlines in fast-paced settings.
