Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership as an AI Solutions Architect on client projects, shaping deals and propositions and driving architectural decisions.
  • •Assist clients with migrating to Microsoft Azure and apply cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies.
  • •Lead solution design and estimation in the sales process, including contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • •Engage in early client and sales conversations, support deal qualification, and represent solutions in deal reviews and client presentations.
  • •Prepare pricing activities, ensure solutions are deliverable and commercially viable, and identify/mitigate technical and delivery risks while translating technical solutions into business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
  • •Proficiency in Azure AI Services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Bot Services.
  • •Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including LLMs, generative AI, foundation models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including AI application development, model evaluation, prompt orchestration, AI governance, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Python (required); experience with .NET, C#, R, or other modern development frameworks is beneficial.
