Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Sitecore solution architecture, development standards, technical governance, and best practices.
  • •Lead and mentor Sitecore developers through technical guidance and code reviews, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Design, develop, and oversee Sitecore integrations with internal enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
  • •Drive technical solution design, effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical decision-making to ensure delivery alignment.
  • •Ensure Sitecore platform scalability, performance, security, availability, and reliability, including deployment/release support and production issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • •8–10 years of experience with strong Sitecore expertise (9/10, SXA, XM/XP).
  • •Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, implementation standards, and CMS/content modeling for digital experience platforms.
  • •Proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET development, including headless Sitecore solutions (Sitecore JSS and Next.js).
  • •Proven technical leadership with mentoring experience and CI/CD implementation, with Microsoft Azure experience preferred.
