Job Summary

Seek a Virtual Relationship Officer to manage and nurture Mashreq Bank Egypt's NEO BIZ SME customers via outbound calls, cross-sell SME products (FX, Trade, Working Capital, Insurance, Investments), and drive deposit growth while ensuring risk management and high-quality service. Collaborate with branches and SME central teams to activate accounts, maintain KYC compliance, and uphold SOP standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and nurture existing NEO BIZ customers through outbound calling channels.
•Cross-sell SME products such as Trade, working capital, FX, and investments.
•Ensure timely execution of welcome calls and regular service calls to assigned accounts.
•Conduct scoping of accounts to activate, nurture, and enhance customer profitability.
•Generate revenue from FX, Trade, Bank Guarantees, Insurance, and Investment offerings.

Key Requirements

•University graduate with a finance/banking or mathematics background preferred.
•Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business banking as a Relationship Officer.
•Excellent knowledge of business banking products, including FX, Trade and Working Capital (TWC), Insurance, and Investments.
•Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
•Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
