Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed store sales, profit, KPI, and individual performance targets using available store resources.
  • •Serve and sell to customers while delivering Brand Customer Service standards and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
  • •Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points using seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • •Execute store operations: process deliveries, replenish fixtures and merchandising to maintain full product representation on the sales floor.
  • •Perform accurate cash register transactions and minimize loss while following policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
