Support strategic 360Learning customers in the RUN phase as a trusted advisor for complex use cases. •Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers on complex use cases during the RUN phase.
•Analyze client needs, challenge existing setups, and translate requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform.
•Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and multiple active projects to drive product adoption.
•Lead complex integrations and architecture redesign (APIs, flat files, third-party tools), run solution audits, and provide high-level recommendations.
•Deliver professional services, contribute to the knowledge base, and support partner ecosystem efforts to strengthen services.
