Rental Fulfillment Specialist- Maitland, FL

Coordinate rental project administration for the region by setting up CRM opportunities, estimating costs, entering orders and monthly addenda, and managing project invoicing. Track project costs including field labor, rental equipment, accessories, and materials, and partner with regional Rental Account Managers for accuracy and timeliness. Issue and manage field purchase orders, and handle credits and re-invoicing when needed, while supporting the Rental Fulfillment process.
