Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate teams to record project costs accurately and on time, including field labor and rental equipment, accessories, and materials.
  • •Own Region Rental Project Administration: set up CRM opportunities, estimate project costs, enter new orders, monthly addenda, and manage project invoicing.
  • •Work closely with SE Region Rental Account Managers to ensure timely and accurate administration of each rental project.
  • •Manage and issue field purchase orders to vendors supporting the Rental Business.
  • •Issue credits and re-invoice projects when necessary.
