Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and spearhead development of the Advisory GCC team, ensuring alignment, cohesion, and high-performance delivery.
  • •Develop and implement the GCC Advisory operating model aligned to the Australia strategy, balancing centralized and decentralized teams and tracking commercial KPIs.
  • •Build trusted relationships with GCC and Australia Advisory leadership, influencing cross-functional decisions and ensuring organizational coherence.
  • •Drive the creation of centers of excellence and operating platforms that promote innovation and best practices.
  • •Identify opportunities for digital enablement and continuous improvement (e.g., proposal automation and digital delivery models) to improve efficiency and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant postgraduate or honours degree; bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent diploma in business/management/economics or related field.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership within a professional service or advisory environment.
  • •Proven delivery of strategic and operational outcomes across complex, multi-region organizations.
  • •Experience leading large distributed teams across global capability centers or shared services environments.
  • •Strong financial/commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication/presentation skills (C-suite influencing).
