Job Summary

Develop and maintain TESLAM’s annual business plan in line with Enterprise objectives, ensure alignment of TESLAM strategy with corporate goals, and design a performance-and-budget analytics framework to support management decisions, optimize resources, and deliver quality services for Enterprise employees.

•Develop and maintain the annual TESLAM strategy and business plan, including issue/topic/situation-specific strategies
•Design and develop TESLAM project management framework and monitor project delivery with analytic reports for management decision making
•Develop budget requirements for strategic and operational projects and integrate TESLAM plan into enterprise planning systems
•Monitor and report on divisional monthly performance and ensure alignment with Department Performance Contract
•Prepare risk and contract analyses, manage vendor relationships, and support leadership with strategic objectives and stakeholder engagement

•Bachelor's degree in business administration (or equivalent)
•3 years of relevant experience
