Product Line Manager IV

Own an AGS repair product end to end by monitoring performance, understanding customer buying processes, and partnering with division and field teams to meet or exceed customer expectations. Manage product changes post-release, identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance performance and profitability, and use spare parts and repair-process expertise to guide best practices. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, while driving KPIs and financial targets.
