Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the department head to develop and execute business vision and strategies aligned to business objectives and targets.
  • •Lead the control, proposition, and governance of EB products; own product and distribution materials.
  • •Manage distribution support across distribution channels of EB products.
  • •Monitor daily processes to streamline pre-sales processes and workflows.
  • •Contribute to the development of new distribution models and business sources.

Key Requirements

  • •Support the department head to develop and execute business vision and strategies aligned to business objectives and targets.
  • •Proven experience in corporate insurance and the employee benefits arena, preferably in sizeable financial institutions.
  • •Proven experience in distribution of employee benefits products.
  • •Sound knowledge of EB products and the market in Hong Kong.
  • •Technical knowledge or experience in price underwriting of EB products is an advantage.
