Key Responsibilities

  • •Regularly replace molds for molding plastic components.
  • •Maintain and clean injection molds during shifts and handle molds and injection molds comprehensively.
  • •Set and control technological parameters on DEMAG, SUMITOMO, and ENGEL Whittmann injection molding machines.
  • •Start and run production according to specified technological parameters and monitor quality.
  • •Troubleshoot technological issues with other departments and supervisor; optimize work processes and follow internal directives, HSE, PPE, and 5S.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation certificate and mechanical or technical field education.
  • •At least 2 years of experience with injection molding machines, mold setup, and mold changes.
  • •Ability to operate an overhead crane.
  • •Binder licence.
  • •Slovak (C1 advanced) or Czech (C1 advanced); English is an advantage.
