Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate AI-assisted tool insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
  • •Deploy first-of-a-kind equipment and process capabilities through evaluations of wafer probers, testers, and probe cards.
  • •Collaborate with global teams to establish and implement best-known probe processes and standardize probe operations.
  • •Engage equipment suppliers and vendors to address quality, performance, and change management issues.
  • •Generate specifications and perform statistical analysis to ensure manufacturing processes meet required quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals, including thermal systems and machine design.
  • •Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments.
  • •Basic 3D CAD knowledge and strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work cross-functionally in global initiatives.
