Define experiments, determine meaningful data, troubleshoot complex physics/chemistry and system issues in lab and field, and evaluate DUV/h-line/i-line lithography technologies across different substrates. Review technical requirements, contribute to risk management discussions, and share findings through papers and presentations while mentoring less-experienced scientists.
