Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overview of C&SQ strategy, strategic projects, end-to-end process, and support strategy development and decision-making based on data-driven analysis.
  • •Deploy project management best practices, drive project cadence, and oversee project review forums tracking strategic outcomes, risks, and quality gates.
  • •Facilitate and manage communications, stakeholders, and change management for C&SQ strategic projects alongside functional leaders.
  • •Ensure clarity and coordination in resource allocation, accountability allocation, and project timelines to deliver on-time and on-budget outcomes.
  • •Support people strategy development using data-driven analysis and develop internal leadership pipeline focused on local talent.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in a Project Manager role, with experience in project management and understanding of manufacturing operational processes.
  • •Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and gain alignment and decision-making across stakeholders.
  • •Working experience in a global organization is preferable.
  • •Certified project management is preferable but not mandatory.
  • •Self-motivated and capable of driving solutions to complex business problems, including making hard trade-offs.
