Job Summary

Deliver an extraordinary luxury client experience as a Miu Miu brand ambassador. Place clients at the center by discovering needs, building meaningful relationships, and promoting the brand philosophy. Drive individual and store sales targets and KPI goals through excellent in-store and e-commerce service. Use the company CRM to capture and follow up with client data, host appointments (in person or virtual), and resolve complaints in partnership with relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent service aligned with the client journey ceremony.
•Meet individual and store sales targets and exceed KPI goals while responding proactively to customer needs in store and on e-commerce.
•Build client relationships by capturing customer data in the company CRM and following up to support long-term engagement.
•Host appointments in presence or virtually, and promote an omni-channel client mindset.
•Resolve client complaints and support daily store operations, including stock room organization and compliance with procedures.

•Drive individual and store sales performance and exceed KPI goals while maintaining high-quality customer service.
