Key Responsibilities

•Take on project responsibilities and participate in the creation of the Site-Manufacturing Plan by providing information and guidance and supporting feasibility studies for optimizations/projects
•Be responsible for safe planning and execution of infrastructure projects with the project team, ensuring quality, schedule adherence and regulatory compliance
•Organize processes and workflows in project management according to company guidelines
•Manage the budget for infrastructure projects in line with internal financial policies and actively identify lean and cost-saving potentials
•Lead project teams through inspiring leadership, clear expectation setting, empowerment and targeted development

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in civil engineering or architecture with professional experience as a civil engineer in project management/leadership
•Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of site infrastructure operation; knowledge in relevant areas with ideally experience in track construction or building renovation
•Strong budgeting, financial reporting, standardization and project management skills
•Very good communication and social skills, experience in stakeholder management and teamwork
•Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
