Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SCM projects across SEA in collaboration with practice leadership.
  • •Mentor local/nearshore teams to deliver D365 SCM and drive successful project outcomes.
  • •Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business processes; ensure requirements approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
  • •Lead client workshops to analyze business process decomposition and design solutions for application and process gaps.
  • •Prototype and configure business processes; support key-users during user acceptance testing to resolve issues and meet client expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 as a SCM consultant.
  • •Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Manufacturing.
  • •Experience leading workstreams and collaborating with customer counterparts.
  • •Experience managing internal and external stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • •Dynamics 365 SCM certifications are a plus.
