Key Responsibilities

  • •Know store goals and individual targets and actively work to reach or exceed them using all available resources
  • •Meet or exceed customer expectations and drive sales and brand awareness by applying elements of the Customer Leitbild
  • •Build emotional connections with each customer by acting as a passionate ambassador of the brand
  • •Maintain an attractive and orderly store area, ensuring Visual Merchandising and cleanliness
  • •Support stock replenishment and ensure goods are available on the sales floor; assist with training new staff if applicable

Key Requirements

  • •0-3 years Retail Experience; Ausbildung zum Verkäufer wünschenswert; Englisch Grundkenntnisse; Grundlegende Rechtschreib- und Rechenkenntnisse, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
