Operations Associate, Out of Warehouse

Own end-to-end out-of-warehouse operations for last-mile logistics and field operations, including strategic deployment of vehicles and assets across the city. Use field data, utilization reports, and market analytics to meet SLAs and optimize placement, routing, and recovery to reduce downtime and logistics costs. Manage relationships with logistics partners and driver networks, ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory standards, and lead coverage expansion and incentive/partner-network initiatives.
