•Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation
•Own team metrics including meetings booked, pipeline created, and SQO volume and quality
•Build and iterate on outbound sequences, messaging playbooks, and prospecting workflows
•Run structured 1:1s, call reviews, and team trainings to continuously raise the bar on performance
•Partner with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and tight feedback loops on lead quality

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with time as a top-performing SDR or AE
•1–2 years of people management experience leading an SDR or inside sales team

•Strong command of outbound fundamentals: sequencing, messaging, personalization, and pipeline hygiene
•Comfort with data — you know how to read a funnel, diagnose problems, and make decisions from metrics
