Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Supplier, Engineering, Manufacturing and Calibration teams to manage and resolve alternative quality issues observed in the plant.
  • •Analyze material-related issues and evaluate their impact on the alternative production process.
  • •Define action plans with the Alternative and Calibration teams to support issue resolution in production.
  • •Review and update inspection standards based on risk levels and defect trends, in collaboration with the Alternative team.
  • •Design and develop inspection tooling to support MQ in performing accurate and consistent product inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment; ability to work across multiple departments to resolve quality issues.
  • •Strong analytical skills to assess material-related issues and their impact on production processes.
  • •Experience defining action plans with cross-functional teams to support issue resolution in production.
  • •Ability to review and update inspection standards based on risk levels and defect trends.
  • •Experience in designing and developing inspection tooling to support quality assurance.
