Key Responsibilities

  • •Process P2P payments and ensure timely vendor payments for domestic and international transactions, including employee reimbursements.
  • •Collect and manage vendor bills and POs; validate bills/invoices and handle TDS calculations and reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate with bankers to meet operational banking requirements and ensure timely processing.
  • •Work with CA to prepare overseas payment forms (15CB/146 and 15CA/145) and ensure statutory payments are completed within timelines.
  • •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures, assist with GST/TDS monthly filings and quarterly returns, and coordinate audit documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (B.Com/MBA/CA-Inter).
  • •1-3 years of accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable.
  • •Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • •Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to manage multitasking and meet time-sensitive requirements accurately.
