Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions about retirement plans and long-term benefits, including pension options and 401(k)/403(b) programs.
  • •Explain plan features, eligibility rules, vesting schedules, and distribution options, including one-on-one retirement readiness consultations.
  • •Process retirement plan activities (enrollments, changes, withdrawals, rollovers, and terminations) with accuracy and compliance.
  • •Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HRIS and benefits systems.
  • •Coordinate with third-party administrators, payroll, and finance to resolve discrepancies; support audits, filings, and regulatory updates.

Key Requirements
